Virtual Coaching for Injury Recovery & Pain Relief
If you’re dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, or feeling stuck in your rehabilitation, personalized guidance can make a huge difference.
Hi, I’m Katie, a licensed physical therapist and strength coach, and I help people recover from injuries, reduce pain, and move better through individualized exercise programs and movement guidance.
Through virtual coaching sessions, we work together to identify the root cause of your pain and build a structured plan to help you return to the activities you enjoy.
If you’re unsure where to start, you can schedule a free 15-minute clarity call to briefly discuss your situation and determine whether coaching may be helpful.
Free call • No obligation • Just a quick conversation to see if coaching could help.
Who I Help

• are dealing with persistent pain or injury
• feel stuck in your recovery
• want guidance on the right exercises for your condition
• want to return to running, sports, or exercise safely
• have tried exercises on your own but haven’t seen progress
Many of the people I work with are dealing with:
- running injuries
- knee pain
- ACL recovery
- back pain or sciatica
- plantar fascitis
- hip pain and instability
Who Virtual Coaching May NOT Be For
Virtual coaching may not be the best fit if:
• you have a new injury that requires urgent medical evaluation
• you are looking for a quick fix without committing to exercise
• you prefer fully hands-on treatment in a clinic setting
What Virtual Coaching Includes
During virtual coaching sessions we focus on identifying the root cause of your pain and building a structured rehab plan.
Sessions may include:
• movement assessment and exercise analysis
• individualized exercise programming
• mobility and strengthening progressions
• injury prevention strategies
• guidance on returning to running or activity
• education to help you understand your injury
Sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to receive professional guidance from anywhere.
How the Process Works
Step 1 — Free 15 Minute Clarity Call
We start with a short conversation to discuss:
• your injury or pain
• what you’ve tried so far
• your goals for recovery
This helps determine whether coaching is a good fit.
Step 2 — Virtual Coaching Session
If coaching is a good fit, we schedule a full session where we:
• assess your movement
• discuss your injury history
• identify contributing factors
• begin building your exercise plan
Step 3 — Build Your Recovery Plan
You’ll receive guidance on exercises, progressions, and strategies designed to help you safely return to the activities you enjoy.
Common Situations I Help With
Many people who book coaching sessions are dealing with situations like:
• persistent pain that hasn’t improved with rest
• injuries that flare up when returning to exercise
• uncertainty about which exercises are safe
• weakness or instability after an injury
• frustration from trying random exercises online without a clear plan
If this sounds familiar, personalized guidance can often help you move forward faster.
Why I Do This Work
Before becoming a physical therapist, I spent years on the patient side of rehabilitation.
I have torn my ACL four different times, which required extensive rehab and physical therapy. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how frustrating injuries can be and how important the right rehabilitation plan is for recovery.
Today, I combine my clinical training and personal rehab experience to help others recover from injury and regain confidence in their movement.
