- Now straighten your elbow so your arm is reaching up towards the ceiling into the resistance of the band.

- Start with your feet hip-width apart and stand on one end of the resistance band while holding the other end with your hand.
- Your shoulder and elbow should start at 90 degrees with slight resistance in the band.
- Now straight your arm up towards the ceiling, pushing into the resistance of the band.

5. Bicep Curl
- Start by standing hip width apart and stand on one end of the resistance band while holding the other end in your hand.

- Start by either lying down on a couch or mat with your legs bent.

- Lowering Phase:
- Slowly bend your elbows to lower the weight towards your forehead. The movement should come from the elbow joint, not the shoulders.
